Please select your preferred turn around time, size of digital file and then include the individual's following(please note that if all of the information doesn't fit in the "Personalization box" that you can use the "Notes" section to also submit all of this information for me)Keep in mind that category titles can be swapped out as long as they replace an existing category and follow the rules below for how many items can be listed within that category:

-Age and Name of Individual

-Weight and Height (can be replaced with another "favorite", with limit of 3 items listed in the category)

-Number of teeth they have (or how many they've lost). -Can also be replaced with another "favorite", with a limit of 3 items listed in the category.

-Things they Love to do (between 3-6)

-Favorite foods(up to 3)

-Favorite Places (up to 3)

-Favorite Songs (up to 3)

-Favorite TV Shows/Movies(up to 3)

-An email address of where you would like the final proof to be sent to

What You Will Receive:

You will receive a DIGITAL ONLY FILE in a .JPG format that you'll be able to easily upload onto to any online website or copy center. If you need a different formatted file, please contact me PRIOR to ordering :) I will message you a proof within the time frame you selected (if not sooner) here on ETSY. You will have the opportunity to review the draft and make any changes to it up to 2 times before the final approval. Upon final approval by you, I will email you the file in its original, printable size to the email that's associated with your Etsy account. (Keep in mind that Etsy will send you a "shipped" email once the order has been completed on both our ends, this is just to inform you that your order is officially complete-again, NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT is mailed to you!)

Where to Print:

You can take the file and either print it at home if you have a printer able to accommodate these files, or take them to any of your local print/photo stores! Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Walmart, even FedEx will be able to print them! I would recommend printing them on cardstock for durability and better quality!

Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product. All computer monitors display color differently as well as all printers print differently.

TIPS FOR PRINTING:

PRINTING ONLINE OR AT COPY CENTER:
Please keep in mind that we only create the files to be printed and are not responsible for the printing aspect of the files. Printing is your responsibility. Once printed, If any of the files look different in anyway from how the file was emailed to you, that's a technical issue with your printing vendor--not the file we sent to you.

PRINTING TIPS IF PRINTING FROM HOME:
Please keep in mind that we only create the files to be printed. Printing is your responsibility. Your files will print exactly as we sent them. If only a portion of the file is printing, that's an indication that you'll need to select 'Fit To Page' in your printer settings so that it will print the entire page as it was formatted when we sent you the file. If the files are printing in slightly different colors, you might need to adjust the intensity settings on your printer.
